Isifo sikashukela singadala ukungasebenzi kahle kwenduku

ISIFO sikashukela (diabetes mellitus) siwuhlobo lwesifo esiwumashayabhuqe emiphakathini yethu, kanti ezinye zezinkinga ezihambisana naso, wukungasebenzi kahle kwesitho sangasese sowesilisa, okubizwa nge-erectile dysfunction (ED).

Kuthiwani ngoshukela?
Ushukela wuhlobo lwesifo lapho umzimba ungasebenzi kahle ekulawuleni izinga likashukela egazini. 

Wehlukaniswa ngezinhlobo ezimbili: 
Uhlobo 1: Lapho umzimba ungasawukhiqizi nhlobo ushukela obalulekile (i-insulin) •
Uhlobo 2: Lapho umzimba ukhiqiza i-insulin, kodwa ingasebenzi ngendlela efanele, noma umzimba awuyisebenzisi kahle.

Izinga eliphezulu likashukela egazini lingalimaza imithambo yegazi nemithambo yokuqonda, okuholela ezinhlotsheni ezahlukene zezinkinga, kuhlanganisa nokungasebenzi kahle kwenduku.

Kuxhumene kanjani nokungasebenzi kahle kwenduku?
I-erectile dysfunction yenzeka lapho igazi lingakwazi ukufinyelela kahle esithweni sangasese, noma lingahlali isikhathi esanele ukuze indoda ikwazi ukwenza ucansi.

Lokhu kungadalwa yizinto eziningi ezihlobene noshukela:
