ISIFO sokudlikiza (ama-fits), yize selapheka, kodwa singaba yingozi uma umuntu ovama ukuhlaselwa yiso esiziba, engasheshi ukuthola usizo lwezempilo.

Lesi sifo sidalwa wukuphazamiseka kwemithambo exhumanisa umzimba nengqondo. Lokhu kuholela ekutheni umuntu abenesiyezi, umqondo uhluleke ukusebenza, agcine ngokuwa.

Uma kunomuntu osehlaselwe ukudlikiza, kuthiwa ungamnika usizo lokuqala (first aid), ngokuthi umlalise abheke phezulu, umbambe ikhanda, bese ufaka indwangu emlonyeni, ukuze angazilumi ulimi ngesikhathi esadlikiza.
