UZWA ngokunhlinhla kwabantu ukuthi unyaka usushintsha isizini usungena esigabeni sasebusika. Noma ngabe uzama kangakanani ukubalekela umkhuhlane, kodwa ufana nentombi ekuqoma ungayishelanga ngoba uzwa ngawo usukuhlasele.

Lesi yi-spice esijwayele ukusetshenziwa uma kuphekwa njengoba saziwa ngokwengeza ukunambitheka.

I-tumeric iyanconywa kakhulu njengoba ine-curcumin, esizayo ekulweni nomkhuhlane ikakhulu ngoba inezivikeli futhi iyelapha.

MORINGA:
IMoringa nayo yethulelwa isigqoko ekulweni nomkhuhlane, kwazise ino-vitamin C no-A womabili amqoka ekwesekeni amasosha omzimba.

Ngaphezu kwalokho iMoringa
i-namaminerali namandla okwelapha amasosha asehlabekile. Ungayiphuza njengetiye. Iyatholakala ezitolo ezidayisa izinongo (spices).

UJU (HONEY):

Upelepele usiza kokuningi njengesifo senhliziyo, ubuhlungu nasekwesekeni umzimba.

ULAMULA (LEMON):
Ulamula cishe utholakala kuwo wonke amakhishi, kanti kulula ukuwusebenzisa njengoba nawo ungawufaka etiyeni, ephalishini, wenze ijusi noma uwuphuze namanzi ashisayo, unganezela ngoju.

Ulamula uwumthombo
wama-vitamin asizayo ekutheni uma umkhuhlane ukuphethe, usheshe udlule.

GINGER:
I-Ginger ibekwa phezulu ohlwini lwezinto ongazizama ukuthiba umkhuhlane. Inama-vitamin futhi ine-zinc elekelelayo lapho umzimba ulwa namagciwane.

Okuhle ngayo wukuthi iyasiza ekuqedeni isicanucanu nokubuyisa. Ungawubilisa uwuphuze njengetiye, uwufake  ekudleni uma upheka noma uwuhlafune.


OKUNYE NGAYO:

I-Ginger iyasiza kwabaphathwa yisilumo, emisipheni eqaqambayo nakwabaqunjelwe.

UGALIGA (GARLIC):
Ugaliga unezakhamzimba ezisiza umzimba ukuba ukwazi ukuzilwela emkhuhlaneni. Uyakwazi ukunqoba ama-bacteria ne-fungi okujwayele ukuqubuka kwabaphethwe wumkhuhlane.

Okunye ngawo:
Uyasiza ekuqiniseni amathambo, ezifweni zenhliziyo, nakwabanoshukela.

Okunye okunconywayo

Yi-cinnamon, ama-bay leaves,
yi-rosemary, ama-cloves,
yi-oregano, yi-basil, yi-thyme,
ama-mint leaves ne-black pepper.


Khumbula lokhu okumqoka:


Ukusebenzisa izithiba-mkhuhlane kakusho ukuthi shalazela umtholampilo nodokotela.
